The instrument can detect and alarm when the comprehensive resistance of the human body is greater than 109Ω and less than 105Ω. The SL-031 double-legged human body comprehensive tester is equipped with 750KΩ-10MΩ circuit (for testing wrist band) and 750KΩ-100MΩ circuit (for testing). Shoes), this instrument is ideal for testing wrist straps and shoe covers.
1. This product features outstanding ability to quickly test ESD equipment, and three independent devices (left shoe, right shoe, wrist band) complete ESD testing at one time.
2. Three different status displays, LO (below the set value), PASS (within the set value range), HI (higher than the high value) have an alarm function.
3. If other power adapters are used, the under-voltage 9V under-power indicator will illuminate, which will affect the test accuracy. The power adapter is AC or DC12V and cannot be greater than 15V!.

- Insert a 9V battery into the battery compartment at the back of the unit.
- Insert the plug of the grounding wire into the grounding wire jack which is at the top of the unit.
- Attach wrist strap to your wrist firmly.
- Connect grounding wire to wrist strap.
Press the test pad of the unit.At this moment,there are three situations:
- If the green"GOOD"lam lights up and an audible signal can be heard,it shows that grounding system is safe and wrist strap is in normal condition.
- If the red"LOW"lamp lights up,you must check the resistance of wrist strap grounding wire.If it is lower than 800KΩ,on special situation,it may have an influence on human body.
- If the red"HIGH"lamp lights up,first,check wrist strap to make sure it contacts wrist firmly.Then,check the resistance of wrist strap grounding wire.If the resistance is higher than 9MΩ,the anti-static effect will turn feeble and even lose it anti-static ability.
